Tokyo region, Japan
Zerra is developing a hyperscale data centre campus in Inzai, in the Tokyo, with approximately 130MW of planned IT capacity. The project occupies a six-hectare freehold site and is supported by 180MVA of secured power capacity.
The campus is planned for phased delivery. Design and permitting work is underway, and construction of the electrical substation has commenced.
Melbourne, Australia
Zerra is proposing to develop a staged data centre campus at 340 Barry Road, Campbellfield, approximately 17km north of the Melbourne CBD, putting this site back to productive use in a location with established grid capacity and telecommunications connectivity.
The campus is planned for delivery in six stages. A planning application has been submitted through Victoria’s Development Facilitation Program and is under assessment by the Department of Transport and Planning.
India
Zerra has acquired a 29-acre site in Navi Mumbai for a proposed hyperscale campus with 240MW of planned IT capacity. The project extends Zerra’s regional development portfolio and long-term presence in India.
The project has received initial development consents and is targeting commencement of construction of its first building before the end of 2026, subject to the remaining approvals and delivery milestones.
